Dining from the Unlimited Menu of Life

Updated: May 9

Do you remember that first time sitting in a restaurant looking at a menu and having the freedom to choose anything? What if life could be the same?

I know unlimited choice may be inconceivable to some of you and possibly overwhelming. So let's break down. What if you started with something simple like choosing from a restaurant menu. You could mix and match, order more than one appetizer or two deserts. Choose whatever catches your eye or tickles your fancy. You could go really 'crazy' and order dessert first because it looks so delicious.

From there, follow your desires, nibble, and taste what is before you until you have had enough or the food begins to lose its appeal.

Contrary to popular belief, you don't have to finish everything on your plate. That's the purpose of a doggy bag!

In my life, I've been playing around with this bountiful, hedonistic energy. It's an energy that includes having the pleasure of being self-indulgent; it is learning and practising being the creator of your life and having an unlimited menu, as well as enjoying and being grateful for every bit of it!

This energy is not only an invitation for more to flow into your life; it also can inspire those around you to do the same.

So what can you choose today from the unlimited menu of life that makes you smile right away?
